Life and Freaky Times of Uncle Luke (2011)
Life and Freaky Times of Uncle Luke is a collaboration between Miami artist Jillian Mayer and Luther Campbell (aka. Uncle Luke of 2 Live Crew).
The film is a modern Miami adaptation of the 1962 French short film “La Jetee,” told entirely through a series of installations created by Mayer. Life and Freaky Times of Uncle Luke premiered at Sundance Film Festival in 2012.
